These terms explain the rules for using Sinapx — our short-video learning platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to what's written here. If you have any questions, talk to us at contato@sinapx.com.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Sinapx, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part, don't use the platform.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sinapx. If you're between 13 and 17, you need authorization from a legal guardian. By creating your account, you declare that you meet these requirements and that the information you provided is true.
3. Your account and security
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately at contato@sinapx.com.
4. Your content and usage license
The content you publish (videos, comments, text) remains yours. By publishing on Sinapx, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the platform, for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You guarantee you hold the rights to everything you publish — including music, images, and third-party excerpts.
5. What's not allowed
It is forbidden to: publish illegal, violent, or hateful content, or content that harasses other people; impersonate another person or brand; publish content that violates copyright; spam or artificially manipulate metrics; collect other users' data without authorization; use the platform to spread false information that may cause harm; attempt to bypass security or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Moderation, reports, and suspension
You can report content or conversations that violate these terms using the platform's tools. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules — with notice when possible, or immediately in serious cases. If you believe we made a wrong decision, you can appeal by writing to contato@sinapx.com.
7. Sinapx intellectual property
The Sinapx brand, software, design, and visual elements of the platform belong to Sinapx. These terms don't grant you any rights over them beyond normal use of the platform. For takedown requests due to copyright infringement, write to contato@sinapx.com identifying the content and proving ownership.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Sinapx content is created by independent users and creators — it has educational and informational purposes and does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or of any other nature). The platform is provided "as is": we work to keep it available and safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages provably caused by our fault.
9. Privacy and your data
The processing of your personal data follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. There you'll find what we collect, why we collect it, and how to exercise your rights.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change anything in these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Important changes we'll announce by email or within the platform. If you keep using Sinapx after a change, we understand you agreed to the new version.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of your place of residence, as guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
