This page explains, in simple language, what data Sinapx collects from you, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. If you have any questions, talk to us at contato@sinapx.com.
1. Who we are
Sinapx is a learning platform of short videos. We're based in Brazil. Our contact is contato@sinapx.com.
2. What data we collect
When you join the founding creators list, we collect: your name, your email, your social media (if you choose to share), what you teach, and your audience size. We also store the date and IP address you used to join — this is required by law as proof that you consented.
3. Why we collect it
We collect your email and information exclusively to talk to you about the Sinapx founding creator program. We don't use it for anything else. We don't share it with anyone.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Art. 7, item I). When you check the box on the form, you're giving that consent.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data until you ask to leave the list, or for 24 months, whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
You can, at any time: ask to see what we have about you, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere, or withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, just send an email to contato@sinapx.com.
7. How to leave the list
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You click and you're out. That simple. If you prefer, send an email to contato@sinapx.com asking.
8. Sharing with other companies
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. The only companies that receive your data are the ones we use to make Sinapx work: Supabase (stores the data) and Resend (sends the emails). They only process for us and don't use it for anything else.
9. Cookies
We use Vercel Analytics, which measures how many people visit Sinapx, but without tracking cookies and without identifying people individually.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change anything in this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Important changes we'll announce by email.
